01 What we do

Connection, support, change

Seven ways we’re making space for family life in law.

02

Family days

Watch this space. We will be organising family-friendly events for legal families to come along and meet each other—think less-stuffy, more fluffy.

03

Roundtable events

These are our take on the traditional roundtable: private dinners at unique venues across London with a VIP sharing their story of parenthood and life as a lawyer.

04

Family-friendly Consultancy

A consultancy service for law firms that want to understand how employees feel their firm recognises the importance of family life. We help identify current perceptions and uncover improvements that support Parents in Law.

05

Mentorships

A network of mums and dads at your fingertips to help navigate the early steps of motherhood and fatherhood—peers who have been there and done it in the same difficult industry.

06

Memberships

We are preparing a membership scheme for law firms, supporting employees so they can attend all of our events and interactions for free.

A bigger idea

National Law Family Day

There’s a National Day for everything else, so why shouldn’t there be a day that all the law firms agree to make a family day—where parents can bring their kids to their firm and see where the magic happens?

(We probably need a better name for it.)
02 The idea
